Golden Spoon Restaurant
Adding our cakes and pastries was quick, and low-stock alerts mean we never run out mid-day.

It runs on the same tablet we already had. No new hardware, no fuss.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

iKita is free while we are in beta, with a 7-day free trial when we launch paid plans. After beta it stays simple: one flat monthly price per shop, with unlimited staff and devices and no per-user or per-device fees.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. You can keep selling offline. Sales are saved on your device and sync automatically the moment you are back online.

Is this a BIR-accredited receipt system?

iKita is a non-fiscal shop management tool for tracking your sales, stock, and profit. It is not a BIR-accredited receipting system, so you should still issue your customer their official BIR-registered invoice or receipt separately.

What devices does it work on?

Any phone, tablet, or laptop with a web browser. No special hardware required, and you can install it like an app for one-tap access.

How do payments work?

You record how the customer paid: Cash or GCash, as a single payment or split across methods. All amounts are in Philippine pesos.
